Preston’s College
TWA marketing has been the agency for Preston’s College for a number of years, supporting the in-house team with PR, social and consultancy.
Following the departure of the head of marketing, Preston’s College decided to pursue an alternative key partner based structure and turned to TWA marketing to provide strategic input, particularly regarding new campaign development, and to work with the senior team to ensure the marketing was delivering.
In 2015, TWA marketing also supported the launch of the College’s new iSTEM Centre, securing Tomorrow’s World star, Maggie Philbin, to officially open the new centre, which features state-of-the-art industry standard equipment, including CNC machines for Advanced Manufacturing, 3D printers for rapid prototyping and design and a six-seater twin engine aircraft for Aeronautical Engineering.
We organised and managed the event, which hosted more than 100 special guests, including partners, stakeholders and key media contacts.
Carl Speight, vice principal enterprise & engagement at Preston’s College, explains: “TWA has successfully provided PR and social content for the College for a number of years and we turned to them to support us in a strategic marketing function.
“They provide sound advice, develop the strategic activity plan that aligns with the College’s business plan and priorities, plus provide assistance to our busy marketing team as required.
“They have a lot of knowledge and experience in education and business and that adds real value to our team here at the College.”
